Worship Information

Traditional Worship - 8:15 a.m.
Blended/Contemporary Worship - 10:55 a.m.

At Park Hill, we value worship. Through the experience of corporate worship believers are encouraged as we participate in praising God through music and prayer. Christ-centered, Bible-based preaching teaches and challenges worshipers to live as committed followers of Jesus Christ. Weekly corporate worship is enhanced by individual commitment to private worship, and we challenge PHBC members to have a daily time of Bible study and prayer. It is our goal to provide worship opportunities that are the highlight of the week for our members and guests.

We offer two distinct worship services. Our early service is built on a foundation of old-style hymns of our faith, with our Celebration Choir and Orchestra. Our late morning service features a blend of fresh hymn arrangements and medleys, contemporary praise and worship songs, led by our praise team. Both our services feature solid, biblical preaching from our pastor that is both challenging and relevant.

Messages by Ken Shaddox

In all of these services, the message from the pulpit is presented in a teaching style. Usually the message is centered in a key passage of Scripture. Our pastor, Ken Shaddox, is committed to proclaiming the truths of both the Old and New Testament. Frequently, he preaches sermon series that are centered around a central theme or book of the Bible.
