All storm debris, green, construction/demolition, and stumps must be on the curb by 5 pm, April 30, for removal. The contractor will start the final pass through the city beginning May 1.

JACKSONVILLE RESIDENTS
The FEMA Disaster Recovery Center is now open from 7 am – 7 pm, 7 days a week Until further notice. They are located at the First United Methodist Church, at the corner of W. Main & Second Streets.
COUNSELING AND MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS
The Centers, a non-profit agency, is offering walk-in appointments with trauma-informed and trained counselors. They also have an adjacent primary care clinic with same-day medical appointments and a convenient on-site pharmacy open to the public.

FEMA ASSISTANCE
Arkansas homeowners and renters in three counties that sustained damage from the storms on March 31 could be eligible for help from FEMA. The designated counties are Cross, Lonoke, and Pulaski.

If not possible to apply online, please call 1-800-621-3362. This toll-free line is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. CDT seven days a week. If you use video relay service (VRS), captioned telephone service or others, give FEMA your number for that service.
When you apply for assistance, please have this information readily available:
- Current phone number where you can be contacted
- Your address at the time of the disaster AND the address where you are now staying
- Your Social Security number, if available
- A general list of damage and losses
- If insured, the policy number or the agent and/or insurance company name

Center for Arkansas Legal Services offers free civil legal aid for low-income people. Can help with Family Law, Consumer Law, Housing Law, Public Benefits Law, and Other (veterans, will/beneficiary deeds).
