FOCUS Leadership Summit challenges ministry leaders

January 9 and10 was set aside as an intensive training time for ministry leaders involved in Sunday School at Park Hill. The guest leader for sessions was Bruce Raley, Director of Leadership and Evangelism at LifeWay Christian Resources in Nashville, TN.

This year's training theme is "High Expectations." Bible study leaders will be challenged to examine expectations from several angles, including:

• The expectations that the North Little Rock community has for the ministry of Park Hill;
• The expectations that Bible study participants have for their leaders;
• The expectations that ministry staff has for lay leaders

During the two-day training experience, leaders were challenged to adopt a more missional approach to ministry at the class level.
