Single Adults make up a large portion of the population of the Little Rock/North Little Rock area. Given this vital population, Park Hill Baptist desires to provide a place of worship and spiritual growth for Single Adults. On Sunday morning, some participate in single adult Bible study classes, while others are leaders in the youth and children's area. Still others join with those in married adult groups in separate men's and women’s classes.

To accomplish this mission, the Single Adults have four primary goals:
• Bible Study – Growing within God’s Word
• Discipleship – Building through God’s design
• Fellowship – Joining with God’s people
• Worship – Living in God’s presence
Bible Study: Growing within God’s Word
The Single Adult Ministry of Park Hill Baptist is centered on the study of the Bible, as God’s authoritative word. Three Sunday School departments (with 2-3 classes each) meet at 9:30 on the second floor of the education building in rooms A202-206.
Discipleship: Building through God’s design
Christian lifestyle is promoted through enrichment opportunities such as Bible studies, retreats, mission projects and leadership training. Single adults participate in a variety of church-wide ministries. They teach Sunday School, work with youth and children, are members of choir and orchestra, and serve on church committees.
The Single Adult Council plans activities open to Singles churchwide. They also allocate funds raised by the ministry to help sponsor individuals on mission trips and to meet designated benevolence needs.
A great opportunity has also risen to disciple those facing the challenges of the contemporary world. We are committed to meeting these needs. Together We Live is a weekly grief support group providing encouragement for those who are experiencing acute pain as a result of the loss of a loved one. A Widow(er) Support Group meets once a month to provide encouragement for those who have lost their spouse. Recovering from the Losses of Life, a six week group study is also offered at various times through the year.
Fellowship: Joining with God’s People
Each Sunday School department maintains the fellowship of the group by attending community activities together, having potluck meals, and making occasional trips to nearby attractions. Throughout the year, all singles join together for larger events such as breakfast buffets, a summer cookout, gathering school supplies, preparing Christmas stockings for lower income families, and a Christmas Banquet. Single adults from other Sunday School groups often join in these activities.
Worship: Living in God’s presence
Single Adults take an active part within the worship experience at Park Hill Baptist. Many singles are providing leadership in the youth and children’s choirs, as well as taking part in the adult choir or orchestra. Our goal in worship is to provide the foundation to promote a personal relationship with Jesus Christ throughout the week.
